If a product doesn't fit or you would like to exchange for a different colour/style, we are not able to offer a direct exchange at this time. In this case, please simply return your original purchase (via a courier of your choice) and place a new order online for your desired style or size. If you would like to return your item for a refund, we accept goods back within 30 days of receiving your goods - in accordance with the long-distance selling act. Orders placed from 15th November 2024 – 31st December 2024 can be returned up to and including 31st January 2024. For purchases made from 1st January 2025, our usual 30 day refund policy applies.

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept all returns, provided our three return conditions are met:
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 30 days
- Item(s) must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition
- Item(s) are in original packaging or shoebox* in their original condition.
*Please ensure your shoebox is protected with outer packaging when sending back your return. Damage to your Walk London shoebox will occur a £2.95 charge.
CAN I RETURN SHOES THAT I'VE WORN?
No. We can only accept returns for shoes that are unworn and in a re-saleable condition. When trying on your shoes for fit we recommend trying on in a clean, indoor environment, to prevent damage to your shoes.
Shoes returned to us with signs of wear will be rejected, and require a shipping fee to return these to you.
If you have worn your shoes over a period of time, we are unable to issue any returns or exchanges, unless deemed faulty. If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault present, please contact us for instructions on initiating an assessment.
HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE TAKE?
We aim to process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them. Once your return has been processed, and provided we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 3 working days. The overall expected time for an exchange can be up to 7 days upon receipt of the item.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
We aim to process returns within 1-3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our returns policy, your refund will usually be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed. Refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on your banking provider.
