Prior to purchasing the Felix Monk Strap dress shoes, I contacted customer support and Frankie was perfectly delightful, pleasant, helpful and efficient in responding to my questions. Frankie set the tone for the rest of the buying experience, helped me with international tracking and was always available to assist with addition questions regarding these amazing shoes. When the shoes arrived, my wife and I were enamored with the shoe box that mimicked and old-time travel trunk of a bygone era. The quality of the shoes also exceeded our expectations and are gloriously comfortable and well made. Thank you WALK LONDON for providing smart styling and great quality shoes.
